1. What we use today

• Authentication storage: Portal login tokens and related session fields (for example auth token, access/refresh tokens where issued, user profile cache, and session activity timestamps) in localStorage and/or sessionStorage
• Analytics preference: Your Accept/Reject Analytics choice in localStorage (cloudopsgpt_analytics_consent)
• Google Analytics (optional): If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 may set cookies or use similar storage as described by Google, solely for analytics on cloudopsgpt.com / www.cloudopsgpt.com
• Essential site delivery: Standard hosting/CDN behavior for cloudopsgpt.com (Amazon CloudFront / S3) may involve cookies or request headers required to deliver the site securely and reliably
• Third-party libraries loaded by pages: Pages may load resources such as fonts or CSS utilities from third-party CDNs; those providers may set their own cookies according to their policies

2. What we do not currently use

• We do not implement advertising, remarketing, or cross-site advertising tracking cookies on the CloudOpsGPT website
• We do not sell cookie or browser-storage data
• We do not currently use Stripe or Razorpay cookies, because online payment checkout is not live in the current portal billing experience

3. Managing storage

• You can clear site data (including localStorage/sessionStorage) in your browser settings
• Clearing authentication storage will sign you out of the Commercial Portal
• You can block third-party cookies in your browser; some third-party resources may then be limited

4. Analytics

On cloudopsgpt.com and www.cloudopsgpt.com, CloudOpsGPT uses Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID G-PTPM8D3PV4) to measure commercial website and portal acquisition activity such as page views and high-level conversion milestones (for example starting a free trial, successful signup, email verification, login, workspace creation, and trial activation).

Analytics runs only after you choose Accept Analytics in the on-site analytics preference banner. Choosing Reject Analytics prevents Google Analytics collection. Essential website and authentication features continue to work either way. Your analytics preference is stored in localStorage (cloudopsgpt_analytics_consent) and is not tied to whether you are signed in.

We do not use Google Ads, remarketing, or advertising personalization for this site. We do not configure GA User-ID. Analytics events are limited to non-sensitive parameters. We do not send email addresses, names, Cognito or user IDs, AWS account or resource identifiers, Runtime URLs/IDs, prompts/chat content, ApprovalCard content, credentials, or other free-form customer operational content to Google Analytics.

Google Analytics is not loaded on administrative hosts, development hosts, or customer Runtime hosts.
